For the next step, we will be sending surveys via BackerKit in about 2 weeks – and will post another update a day prior so you can keep an eye out. Backer surveys are your opportunity to specify any add-ons that are included in your pledge, and inform us of all the relevant shipping information – since we can't send you goodies if we don't know your address.
During the campaign, we also had a number of requests for sticker and magnet add-ons. Those backers will be thrilled to know that both sticker packs and magnet packs will be available to select as extras when you complete your survey.

Production Update#1
As you can imagine, assembling all the various elements to our Kickstarter – calendars, giclée prints, postcards, enamel pins, magnets, and stickers – is a hugely complicated process! But after such an incredible start to our campaign (we reached our goal in the first 15 minutes), we were able to commence manufacturing a little earlier this year – and we're excited to report that a number of these components are already a good ways along the production pipeline. As you can see, we've already received our first set of proofs of the calendar from the printer...
It's crucial for Olivia that the final printed product looks as good as humanly possible, so we're currently making a few color/brightness adjustments to these final pages. We will likely be inspecting a 2nd set of proofs in about a week or so – once those are approved, the printing of the calendar will commence!
Postcards are one of the trickiest elements of the Kickstarter. Can you imagine hand-sorting around 30,000 individual postcards into their separate packs? It's a colossal task and every year requires a small team to collate and bag each complete set. We're happy to report, however, that postcards are already back from the printers – they look fantastic – and nearly all the sets are already assembled. Great news!
Equally challenging is the production of the giclée prints. These are all produced in-house, including printing, hand-tearing, embossing, and creation of the certificates of authenticity. The final stage, of course, is Olivia's gorgeous signature- with an assembly line that has to be seen to be believed! We are a little ways from that point, however, all the giclée prints (19 paintings in total this year) have already been proofed – and printing en masse will commence in the coming week. Olivia is already limbering up!
Print files for the magnets, enamel pins, and stickers are in the final stages of pre-production. We will likely be sending all of those to their respective printers in the next few days.
Exciting times – and we will certainly keep you updated on process as it evolves in the following weeks. Generally speaking, we are currently all on schedule for our August shipping and we are tentatively hoping to shave that down a little. Please stay tuned...
A Note for Errored Backers:
Every year, a small number of backers will have problems with their credit card or similar complications. If you are effected by this issue, you can fix your pledge by logging into your Kickstarter account and clicking on the "Fix Payment" banner at the top of the page. Kickstarter produced an article on what to do if your pledge is dropped here. Backers with errored pledges will have just 7 days from our project's end – 6/10/21 – to update their payment method.
